C&G 2377-11 PAT Management of Electrical Equipment Maintenance
Syllabus: Aimed at managers who have the responsibilities for maintenance within a building, or managers within an organisation responsible for Inspection and Testing.

The syllabus includes:
Responsibilities under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974;
Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999;
The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 and the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989.

Classification of types and construction of electrical equipment identified in the Code of Practice.

Identification of categories of Inspection and Testing

Organisation and management of documentation needed to demonstrate compliance with the regulations.
