Where Are You Based?

We have two centres: one in Tring, Hertfordshire and the other in Stafford.

Do You Take Advanced Learner Loans Or ELCAS?

Unfortunately we don’t.

What Day/Times Do The Courses Run And What’s The Availability?

Generally, our courses run Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm. We do have an evening course for the Level 2 and 3 2365 (Tuesday and Wednesday evenings 6-9 pm). You can check the availability of a course via the webpage.

Will Such And Such A Course Make Me Competent?

What Do I Need To Bring/Wear?

Most courses do not require any special equipment, but check your joining instructions for specific requirements.

Is There On-Site Parking?

Yes – you will be sent a parking map upon booking.

What Are The Pass-rates? How Many Students Will Be On The Course?

The pass rates differ for all courses, but we are proud of our high percentages. Of course, you must ensure that you have the correct entry requirements for the course before booking on and ensure that you complete any pre-read material sent out to ensure you have the best possible chance of success. Class sizes differ for each course, but we have a maximum of 8 students at Stafford and 8-12 at Tring.

What Will Your Fire Alarms Course Allow Me To Do?

On successful completion of the course you will receive a certificate to show that you have received training to install and commission Fire Alarm Systems. It’s important to have the correct public liability and professional indemnity insurance and gain some experience before considering yourself fully competent.
