What City & Guilds electrical courses are available?

City and Guilds offer new and aspiring electricians a wide range of skills-based qualifications, combining classroom theoretical learning with hands-on experience. These include the Level 2 and Level 3 electrical courses (available individually or as a combined diploma package) that delivers comprehensive training on health and safety requirements and competence surrounding electrical installations, as well as other topics, including the 18th edition wiring regulations. A T level technical qualification is also now available in electrical installations, giving younger learners practical learning and an industry placement through which to obtain valuable real-world experience in their chosen profession.

Further Level 3 and 4 qualifications are available for practising electricians to expand their skills and knowledge, including Initial and Periodic Electrical Inspection and Testing (2391), City & Guilds 2396 – Design and Verification of Electrical Installations, and C&G 2921 Level 3 Award in the Design and Installation of Domestic and Small Commercial Electric Vehicle Charging Installations, among others.
